In an age where data is everywhere, infographics have become increasingly relied upon to visually present information. However, they are by no means new to us. We are visual creatures by nature; early humans created cave paintings depicting stories of past generations, hieroglyphics, maps of journeys, records of cattle and stock, and they did this using visual graphics instead of writing.
So what makes a great infographic? We think it is one that takes data or information and visually conveys it with clarity and beauty to an audience in a manner that can be quickly consumed and understood. It is a fact that the brain processes visuals 60,000 times faster than text.
Greenwood Design are equally effective with identity and branding as they are with websites
and infographics, after 25 years working in media,
I can confidently say they are a rare find.
