Produced and printed in 5 languages, Matters was ING’s global employee magazine. Working in collaboration with Addison Group we were appointed to give it a redesign as it was viewed as a piece of corporate propaganda rather than a credible publication. To address this a more independent editorial approach was established and the strict corporate guidelines were relaxed to enable us to give the magazine a more news-stand feel whilst still retaining key ING brand elements, such as the Frutiger typeface and ING orange.
