Communicating to a group
In 2010, ING separated its insurance business from its main banking operations through two IPO’s. We produced this special edition e-magazine to communicate with ING Group’s 233 employees, who’s activities spanned both these businesses areas. Sent out via email, the aim of the publication was to inform staff about the changes taking place within ING and answer their questions and concerns. Infographics were used to help explain the business structure.
